Free guide for women in transition

When your life changes,
begin with colour.

A simple 15-minute practice that helped me breathe freely again — when I became an expat wife with no idea who I was any more.

No spam. Just a gentle guide and the occasional letter from my studio.

"I dipped my fingers into orange paint and for the first time in years, I could breathe. It felt like filling my lungs with fresh air by the sea — limitless, refreshing."

I was 49, a former economist, and I had just moved to Malaysia as an expat wife. For the first time in decades, my calendar was empty. And instead of feeling free — I felt lost.

One afternoon, almost by accident, I started painting with my fingers whilst listening to Zorba the Greek. I reached for orange. Then yellow. Then red. I didn't know why. I just knew those were the colours I needed.

Something shifted that day. Not my circumstances — but the way I held them. I found a door back to myself. Through colour. Through my hands. Through fifteen minutes of doing something that had no agenda.

That is what I want to give you — not a course, not a creative journey (not yet). Just that one moment of relief. A small reset. A breath of sea air.

This is for you if…

You moved to a new country

And you are not quite sure who you are when no one knows your name yet.

Your children left home

The house is quiet. The calendar is emptier than it has been in years. And you are asking: now what?

Your life just changed

Retirement, divorce, illness, relocation — any seismic shift that leaves you needing to find yourself again.

You crave something real

You meditate, you journal — but you need something you can feel in your hands, not just your head.

"Art has helped me through the most challenging times — overcoming difficulties, managing pain, and finding joy again. I know, from my own life, that it can do the same for you."

Fifteen minutes.
Your fingers.
A colour that feels like you.

That is all it takes to begin.
