Eternity - the flowers growing from the Grave with Hope

The painting was inspired by the visit of my father's grave at the lake Balaton. His grave is under an old oak tree, and some flowers were growing from the grave, suggesting how life can flow and continue after death. I remembered the Andersen tale of the Christmas tree and how changes in life form can take place. Despite the sadness of the loss, the feeling of eternity makes me hope and gives peace.
